Bittersweet patisserie cafe (Korea. Bundang. Jukjeon.)
With so many cafes to choose from in Jukjeon cafe street but only THAT amount of appetite and time, had a hard time deciding which cafes to visit.
Bittersweet cafe attracted me with its pastel candy-coloured shopfront and the plants, making it look so cheery and welcoming (:
But ultimately, decided to choose this place because of.....
this cake! :) hahaha. great for taking some nice photos with (and something a bit more unique).
Liked the candy-coloured retro "diner-themed" style of the cafe with the half curtains as well.
Wasn't too crowded and the staff was quite friendly and smiley (asked specifically for the piece of cake which had the nicest face and she was happy to oblige), making it a really nice and quiet place to chill on a Saturday afternoon.

The taste of the cake, however, was...so-so.
The sponge cake was a bit tough and dry and the cream cheese taste wasn't that strong.
